Data Processing Addendum

For customers who need a DPA on file (Business / Enterprise).

Roles

Customer is the data controller. PearlFibers is the data processor.

Subprocessors

Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google process AI prompts on PearlFibers' behalf when their respective models are invoked.

Subprocessor list is updated at /security and as a clause in the contract.

Data subject rights

PearlFibers will assist the controller in fulfilling data-subject requests within the timelines set by the underlying contract.
