What we collect, why, and what we don't.

What we collect

Account identity (managed by auth.pearlfibers.com): email, display name, avatar.

Pearl-specific telemetry: anonymized usage events, AI request counters (no prompt or completion bodies retained when zero-retention mode is on).

Device metadata: OS, Pearl version, channel — used to scope updates and revoke compromised sessions.

AI prompts & completions

Prompts pass through Pearl's gateway to the underlying provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). On Enterprise plans, zero-retention mode is on by default — no provider-side training and no Pearl-side persistence.

Your rights

Account deletion is handled at auth.pearlfibers.com. Pearl-side data is purged in response to back-channel logout from the auth service.

Telemetry can be opted out from /account → Privacy.
