Terms of Service

The agreement that governs your use of Pearl.

Acceptance

By installing or using Pearl IDE, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Pearl on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Acceptable use

You may use Pearl for any lawful purpose. You agree not to abuse the AI gateway (e.g. by attempting to scrape model weights, run denial-of-service load, or evade rate limits).

Subscription & payment

Subscriptions are arranged via direct sales contact. Pricing, quotas, seat counts, and term lengths are negotiated per deal.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement per the contract terms. On termination, AI gateway access is disabled but the IDE remains usable for non-AI work.
