Every state change — access decisions, key lifecycle, rate-limit overrides, cap changes, cap-triggered rejections. Filterable by user, exportable.
Zero-retention default-on
Prompts pass through to the provider without retention by default for every Enterprise developer. No per-request opt-in.
DPA on file
Standard DPA + customer-paper accepted. We countersign before procurement closes, not after.
Custom SLAs
Response time and uptime commitments with real credit clauses. We won't promise 99.999% — we'll promise what we'll deliver, in writing.
Private deployment options
For sovereign regions or air-gapped requirements. Talk to us about scope — not every workload needs it, but we can scope it when it does.

What we won't claim
- Five 9's. We're not at that maturity. We'll commit to a real number in your contract.
- "Fully on-prem." The AI gateway terminates with us. The desktop client is on your machines. Private deployment is scoped per engagement.
- Free POC for everyone. Pearl is downloadable now and that's the best POC. For larger engagements we scope a paid pilot with success criteria, not a free indefinite trial.
