License grant

PearlFibers grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Pearl IDE on devices you control, subject to your subscription plan's seat limits.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute the Pearl binary, reverse-engineer the AI gateway, or remove license-management code.

Open-source notices

Pearl bundles a number of open-source components. Full attribution notices, licenses, and source URLs are included with the installer and accessible from Help → About → Open-source notices.
