What happens after you send

  • It lands in triage — typically same day during business hours.
  • If you left an email, we reply when we have a question or when the issue is resolved.
  • Customer-affecting bugs are summarized in the changelog under the version they were fixed in.
  • Security-sensitive issues should go to security@pearlfibers.com — please don't disclose details publicly until we ship the fix.
