What happens after you send
- It lands in triage — typically same day during business hours.
- If you left an email, we reply when we have a question or when the issue is resolved.
- Customer-affecting bugs are summarized in the changelog under the version they were fixed in.
- Security-sensitive issues should go to security@pearlfibers.com — please don't disclose details publicly until we ship the fix.
